Hi, I was doing a job under my father as a trainee engineer in India for 2 years. I received my experience letter as a trainee engineer but my salary was going directly into my father's account. I only have my work experience letter with me so is it okay if I apply for PR or without any fear?
 
Sure. As long as the letter has your job responsibilities that match the NOC, salary, time worked, signed and on letterhead.
