Need Help Regarding CEC

Hi guys ...Need ur help.
I have a 2 year experience in NOC B category under NOC 6211.So can I apply through CEC in EE as my points are coming 370...I am bit confused how the CEC system works under EE ....So plz guys how can I apply for immigration in EE as my work permit is ending in 4 months .my employer is not giving any LMIA .

Honestly, 370 is too low in terms of points. When you are registered for EE the lowest they have gone is 450 and Ontario is only selecting applicants with 400 points or more. There are a few things you can do, you can try finding another employer that will give you the LMIA, you can re take your IELTS to get a higher score.

Please also keep in mind with the EE you have to be invited, you can not just go ahead and apply by yourself.

Try and see if you can improve your score

I did my masters from ontario and have got my NOC Level B job recently (withou LMIA so far) so may be if i ask my employer he may be able to apply on my behalf. however, I am willing to apply for pr. I am not sure what is the best way to apply since I do not have one year experience at this position and just got hired. if i get good ielts results, then i'd probably be able to get 400+ marks. and I read on this forum that ontario is inviting applicants with 400+ points. I need your suggestions. as they have halted the ontario pnp (without job) stream until next year because of applications cap limit.


I'd be very thankful to you guys for any kind of reply. I am blank at this point of time.

i believe you still need one year work experience if you want to apply based on canadian experience, you need to gain the experience.
