What did you apply to? Did you use an agent? If so you need to speak with agent about account and access.

yes actually i have used an agent to file the application, i already have gc key login credentials , but it doesn't giving me much information. I have seen people using tracker.

Talk to your agent about access. Don‘t know when you applied but notes say that information may not be in system yet.

I did but my study visa application showing information via gckey login account. and agent said there is not much more information provided on application status tracker
