Hello ,
I have filed for pr online in cec. However I was on restoration status ( work visa expired 90 day period ) but my lawyer filed for restoration on 91 st day . Miscalculation of dates . I have however left Canada .
My question is this will it affect my pr and how can I correct it .
I filed for my pr on my own and not through lawyer . I had chosen that I have not overstayed a visa but as my lawyer did not file my restoration in time do I need to change it ? If so how can I correct it ? Currently my background check is going on and I have cleared medicals .

Please help
