I need guidance, I received PPR June 20th, they asked in the email to send back passports and photos. My file was processed by the Paris office, since I'm from an exempt visa country I just sent photocopies like they asked, along with the pictures, photocopy of the PPR mail as required. I sent all of this to VFS paris like it was suggested in the email, I had 2 options, VFS or the embassy, I chose VFS because it was the first option. However, I just received an envelope from VFS saying my file is incomplete with the following statement:
"Sir, you need to send an email to the embassy (parisimmigration) to ask them for confirmation of your permanent residence because you are a french passport holder, Sincerely, VFS"
I am a little confused, I just opened the letter now and next Monday will be the 26th day that I've received the PPR email. What I am supposed to do now, they haven't even specified which email I should send this to and what documents I should join with? It literally is just these 2 lines and all the documents I sent them including the pictures.
Has anyone had the same issue? What should I do exactly?
