now i am very bad situtation .
my wife trv rejected newdelhi 3 times first time visitor visa,second time after read some forum here we applied open workpermit but turned down on both occassion with same reason.( home ties, financial establishment)but unfortunately we showed good savings 10,000CA$ from my wife,10,000CA$ from my account property value under my wife name near 1 million CA$

here i continues,,,, 1 million property value from govt approved valuer, her current job letters and education certificate family photos ,my invitaton letter but not worked out :'(
if i apply again open permit its worth or can i apply short visit visa for 1 months with confirmed air ticket to celebrate our anniversary!
mean time she got promotion after 3rd rejection in nov and her employer asks to start work from march in new position it will help us for visitor visa! or can i try again open work permit !!

Look she has been refused 3 times, as they ND doesn't believe that she will return. The chances of her getting a "TRV a close to nil at this stage of the game. Owning property doesn't mean a person will return. As she also applied for a work permit, it would be obvious to ND that she would not be returning to her job.

she got promotion after the refusel only! now her position will be manager level,and she also thinking to accept that opportunity!! and plz how to submit the property value certificate with perfect model is it only report from govt vluer or need some other things like copy of registration etc,,!! thanks plz reply
