NEED HELP PLEASE

I am a Canadian citizen and my partner is an American citizen. We have been together for over 2 years now and all I want is to be able to live with him and it be a normal relationship instead of all the travelling back and forth. WHAT DO I DO? I fear that we will end up breaking up because we cant get together for good. Can he just move here and we figure it out from there? Do we have to go through a process just to live together in one place? I am so at the end of my wits and just want to be together like a normal couple. any advice would greatly help. thank you

No, he can't just move here. Yes, you need to go through the immigration process on some form to live together.

To sponsor your partner, you must be either married or common-law (one continuous year of cohabitation).
