Got fired from my job.
I cannot work with closed work permit. Please advice what to do.
Will this affect my pr application, should i be informing cic or pnp office about it. Scared to death. Please help.

first of all do not worry at all , more you worry more you suffer , as long as your employer wont write or call to pnp or cic it wont affect anything at all, in meanwhile you can look up for other employer who is willing to hire you or support you.
don't worry you will get ppr soon , consult some good lawyer also.

Do you know any reason why they fired you? Downsizing or any other reason. If Downsizing you will get EI(Employment Insurance)
Until and unless employer writes written compliant to PNP-office you are safe.
By the way which province you are from?
For SINP, they will give 3-4 months for new job searching.
From your side also try to find new employer in your field ASAP.

I was so stupid at work and got fired for double using coupons and benefits while purchasing.
My closed work permit expires sep 2019 but has employer restrictions.... after being fired is it invalid....do i need to apply for another status visa..... or just find new employer and update it to pnp office
