Need Help - Parents Visitor visa rejected thrice.

I am a Canadian PR holder since 2 years.
My parents are in India and would like to visit us and meet their grand children, but their Visa has been denied thrice.


Here is the text from the rejection letter


You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:


Your current employment situation
Had provided leave letter from the employer


Your personal assets and financial status
Had provided letter from CA showing all personal assets along with bank statements. Value of the assets is very good



You have not provided sufficient documentation to support your/your host's income assets


Will really appreciate if someone can help us on this.

For this item "Your personal assets and financial status" - they want to see your parents' assets. Not yours.

What evidence did your parents provide (other than the letter from the employer) showing they have strong ties to their home country?
