Letter to VO (i prepared one from my end as well... shud I write to VO myself too?!)

From Guest (my Husband)
Cover letter
Letter to VO
Letter of explanation

Are we goin to bombard d consul with letters? :-[

Or is this how the process is...jus a lil perplexed as to whether these many are needed.

PS: All letters have a specific information and aren't redundant though...
