I am planning to apply for Immigration to Canada under FSWP Express entry. I've ECA from WES and IELts score but unfortunately my profile is appearing not eligible for express entry pool, possible reason I could see that my IELts score is not very great (only 6.5). Although I am planning to retake IELTS exam to improve my score, this will take some time. I have also checked in PNP websites but couldn't find any valuable information.
Can some one help me to find out , If I still have chance to apply through PNP, if yes which province is best suited for me considering above circumstances.

Do you have any sub score in IELTS that is less than 6?
If not, than the IELTS test is not the direct reason for your getting an ineligible profile.
In that case, check your FSW score out of 100 as the above poster recommended. If it is below 67, the only realistic way to improve it in the short term is by scoring better in the language test (even if you meet the minimum requirement mentioned above).
Also make sure you exceed and correctly enter the minimum funds requirement appropriate for the size of your family.
