I came to canada in Dec 2018 as visitor visa with my husband. He came on student visa. After coming here I applied for a work permit on my husband’s study visa and I have got that in may 2019.
Currently our relationship is in disputes and he wants to get separate. It's been more than 4 months no conversations. we lives in different states as my job and his university at different place.
Here I am concerned about my permanent residence now. I have some questions to ask. should we apply PR together or before PR application we should get divorced? what would be the best way to get permanent residence.
I appreciate if anyone can help me to come out of this situation and give some light on this matter.
