Need help in making a strong CV/SOP

Hello All,

I applied for canadian Visa twice and got rejection. Both the time i submitted a SOP stating why i m taking the course and stated pretty good points related to that still i got rejection saying my previous studies doesnt match and all that.
Now i m thinking to apply for one last time and want to make sure that my CV/SOP is totally perfect so that i can get Visa as all the other papers of mine are perfect.

Studied: B-Tech IT
Course opted for: PG Dip in GBM - Humber College
work exp: 2 years as Business Analyst.

Course is somewhat related to my job exp and its not like an engineering graduate cannot do a Mang course !! so i should get visa but i need to explain VO that why i m opting for this course.
Please help me out.

its totally a mismatch friend as IT then GBM ,However try to take course related to your last degree then change it to GBM after reaching there.
