Hi I am going to apply H&C as my asylum was rejected I have 3 kids 1 Canadian born and I am working as well is there chances to win H&C?
 
Impossible to say with the information provided. Note that having a Canadian citizen child is not a guarantee of success.
 
What happened to PPRA? Meeting with CBSA? H&C does not prevent removal but H&C will continue even if you are deported.
