I want to travel from India To Canada on Canada Student Visa and the Flight which I want to select has two stops one in Frankfurt (Germany) and the second one in Newark. So I want to know that, can I travel through this flight? or Should I need Visa for Germany and the USA?

If you still want to fly through the US you would be better off applying for a B1/B2 visa which would allow you to transit and visit later on. Still need an interview though so again probably better to fly direct into Canada from Europe.
First you will have to fill DS160 form. Then give biometric on one day. Then give interview on next day. Its really hectic and unnecessary process. Look for other layover options besides US
