1. You are a BSc graduate with 12 + 3 years of education, and for MOST of the (most likely for all) graduate university course in Canada, you need 12 + 4 years of undergraduation.
1. It would be your choice. If really interested in a University graduate program, why NOT simply complete your 1 year (out of 2 years) of MSc. education in India (by paying less thn CAD 100 tuition fees) and apply later on for a University graduate studies. I do NOT see any logic in paying CAD 20,000+ for a PG diploma studies.
