1. You need your fathers birth certificate and your uncles birth certificate to show the same parents and your birth certificate.
2. You need a copy of your uncles' PR card or Canadian passport
3. You need proof of your uncle residing in Canada, copy of income tax, mortgage, rent receipts other bills that show his name etc.
