Does an immigration lawyer have the ability to process an open work permit for a foreign worker?

"Work Permits Gratis" does it means open work permit?
Please Anyone help me and please elaborate on what is Work Permits Gratis ?

How are you eligible for an open work permit as a foreign worker? OWP are only given for a few scenarios - spouse is on closed work permit or student etc.

Whether you qualify for an open work permit has nothing to do with using a lawyer. There are specific requirements you need to meet to qualify for an OWP.
