I need a advise from everyone that how to show country ties apart from property docs.
As In my case I am working in Singapore but I m from Chandigarh INDIA.

CIC had rejected my study application under SPP INDIA in2013 for following reason that

I don't have sufficient ties to return India or SG.

Help needed what to show as evidence for ties..

do you frequently travel to India ? that could help.

are your family members in India ?? that is always a plus.

did u mention specifically that the property in inheritable and ancestral (sentiments attached).

all these small little things add up to prove family ties.

wait till other forum members give up more advanced advice.

Hi, the best way out is to show tht your family or siblings are back here and like rightly said,somehow try showing that you keep visiting india frequently. If your dad's got a business, try producing a proof of his established business through business license(i have done this). Through some future plan of yours like what you will do after ur education, say coming back to India n doing ur own business or something like that...you hv to make up things here..or some family responsibilities to fulfill. Get your brains running on this :-/

Out of your 4 points,except the first point ,rest I had already mentioned in my sop.
Thankyou very much for first point .

Yes I traveled to many times to India because every hour have so many flights to india,so definitely I would mention about this.

This are the topics I had already discussed in my sop for next attempt.
Property in Chandigarh under my own name and parents to,letter from employer for future job,discuss about complete family settlement in India,now as you said frequently travel.

Please if any thing else have do inform!

Well my case is bit different from you ,my father is retired personal,but I have already mentioned about complete family wealth and other related stuff thats come to me so I have to get back India.

in this SOP, make one para which specifically contradicts their refusal reason. (attach evidence)

You may mention any of ur investment such as treasury bill, Insurance savings or stocks etc. They are good elements of ties too.
