Need help for Police Clearance Certificate from mumbai India

Hi,
I have a question.
I am Canadian PR and going to sponsor my girlfriend (she is working in PSU in india).
I am going to marry her in next month but i want to prepare some documents (such as Medical exam and PCC) well in advance.

I have following questions :

1 - Can she apply for medical exam for PR before marriage ?
or we have to get married first and then apply for Medical Exam ?

2 - Can she apply for Police clearance certificate ? Will it make any difference to apply after marriage ?
or is it ok if she apply for her PCC before marriage.

3 - She is a PSU employee. So is it required for her to get NOC first from her employer ?

I think if she has her medical and PCC ready before we apply for PR it will save a lot of time

Medicals are good for one year. Someone can confirm, doing medicals before marriage is good or not.

As PCC Form asks for the purpose and they also ask for the Marriage Certificate.
BTW, they also wrote Applicant, w/o My Name... in the police clearance cert.

I don't think she needs NOC for applying PR. I didn't find in any of the forms.

By the way I mean "NOC for Police Clearance certificate from her employer" and "NOT for PR".
I mean does she need NOC from her employer to apply for PCC?

I am NOT yet married and hence i cant attach any marriage certificate.
My question is, is it a good idea to apply for her PCC before marriage ? (because as far as i know PCC is also valid for 1 year).

1. I don't think we need NOC for PCC. You can take the assessment from the below link. (In my case I wasn't asked)

2. She can apply for PCC before marriage. My point was, if you are planning to apply for Spousal PR. That adds one more value, coz they mention
Applicant, w/o your name.

I feel this adds as additional proof of marriage and that's issued by Govt. of India.

You can still get the PCC before marriage.
