need help for crs points

i would really appreciate if somebody can help me figure out the points in my profile. i submitted my profile on 21st december 2018. i saw the score on cic application it was 449.

But i opened agian today January 1st 2019. now i can see that my score has been dropped to 399. based on further investigation i found that when i submitted the profile i had 50 points for arranged employement. However as of now i am missing those points. may be i answered some of the questions wrong. can somebody help me gain those arranged employemnt points back so that i can get ITA in next draw.

i have a regular employement letter. which i got when i was offered a position. i have an open work permit and i am working for 15 months now.

Now thats twisty.. go through rules for open work permit... because the requieremnts for valid job offer for kob on open work permit is diff..

Read this... you might have to apply under cec . If your job does not fall under amy of categories u keed lmia even if old one or else apply under cec

Check it out i placed a link above ... go through it properly... i am saying this because in my company a guy was der working for 15 months and he applied under cec as he was on pg wp

Check all ur responses , there might be something.. it wont just remove it

i have one more question. since i already have experience in my field for more than year. can i change my field now or is it going to affect anything in my CEC profile.
