Need Help for applying Visitor Visa for Minor (less than 3 years)

I want to apply for TRV for my 2 daughters (2.5 years old and 3 months old respectively). Please advice. Who should be main applicant in the TRV application.
Also we need to clear a CIC ID for online application, for which applicant must be 16 years old. so in whose name CIC Id need to be made.

My Daughters will be travelling along with me, (I already have my PR card.) Please advice, how to fill the form.

If I have to apply for TRV only for my Daughters less than 3 years old, then who will be main applicant. it is my elder daughter?

It's unlikely that your daughters would be granted TRV. Request TRP for them instead.
