I am applying under 4131 as an English as a Second Language teacher. However, I am a little confused over some of the fields in the application forms. Will appreciate any help.

Q number 12, what do i put for number of years of formal education? it took me 6 years to complete my 4 year undergard degree. do i count that 4 or 6?
Q number 13: what do i put for current occupation? do i put "English as a Second Language Teacher" which is my title or simply "Vocational Instructor"

Q number 6, Language: I have not taken any language tests yet, but I plan to submit my results later. so do I chose yes or no?
Q number 11, work experience: under occupation do i put my title "English as a Second Language teacher" or "Vocational Instructor"?
Aside from the questions above, there are TOO many fields which are not applicable to me such as those pertaining to children. do I put N/A for all of them or should I simply leave them blank?
