NEED HELP ... Experts plzzz

Hi,

I have been offered admission from U of A on feb 15 2012 but still i dont have my original offer letter .. I have a scanned copy of my original offer letter which U of A send me.. My letter was mailed by normal mailing service but still i dint received my letter .. the letter was mailed by U of A on 15 feb and now its been 50 days that I didnt received my letter ????? ....

I email the Uni that please send me the letter again or post express mail service but they are saying that they dont send by express or any other courier service .. what to do ???? experts please reply ... I have to file my visa application

You can apply for visa with a scanned copy of LOA as there are many cases whom applied using scanned copy of LOA.
To receive letter through some courier schedule your pickup by paying in advance to the courier and let know the university which courier will pickup your LOA along with your consignment number......

ohkk acha tell me about my chances ? .. I have heard that U of A students easily gets visa ? .. is it true ?
my first year fee is 15000CAD and statement will be around 50000CAD .. is it fine ?
IELTS 6.5
MS Internetworking (not offered in pak)
father and mom will be sponsor

If you had applied for Bachelors than go ahead full green signal for you . .

If your applying for Master than let me know your previous degree and major so I can give you a good picture.

I did my Bachelors in Engineering(B.E) in Computer and Information Systems from NED University
I cant be any course mismatch .. I have experience also of around 1.5 years for the same
