Dear members

Need your expert advice, I m very worried

I have submitted my application last week (27 May) after receiving ITA
Current status is " review in progress " and medical "passed"

They have requested schedule 4, I have submitted well before last date

My concern is

My IELTS is expiring in next 20 days

What should I do?

Is it really matters, as I have submitted my application

Or

Do I need to inform CIC that I m reappearing for Ielts

Please suggest, what should I do
