Need help about bank statement

Hi guys I am planning for two year diploma course and I am going to pay first year fee and take gic still do I need to show bank statement(didn't maintained sufficient funds). My father is a farmer and his income is around 5.5 to 6 lakhs per year and we have 3 to 4 properties around 1 crore worth and planning for fixed deposit on my Mother for 5 lakhs,with out bank statement can I show these documents and what are my chances for getting study permit.

ru applying under SPP? if yes then follow the checklist. if ur applying under general then u should add all the supporting documents like tax statements , property documents etc.....
