i from iran. i did regestered application online in cic website and apply for open work permit under common-law case.
I have commen-law partner who has study permit, and studying in master degree in montreal.
we lived together over 1 year before she moved to canada .
and the Home lease document of our house is existed, but It's named after me, my partner signed it az a witness
we have life insurance, we have Joint bank account and so many photos ,videos,chat msg we made it together in this 2 year. we know each other over 2 year
when she applyed for study permit, she did`t write my name az a commen-law partner on her forms, because We thought the chance of catching of her visa may getting down.
-do i have chance to get open work permit ?
i need to fill some forms one of them is 5409e.
please help me how should i fill this form:
- what should i write in section 4 ?
- in section 5 who is the declarant ?me or my partner
who is administered the declaration ?
what should i choose in in that part says:
(choose person`s title from one of the following: notary public - commissioner of oaths - commissioner of affidavits)
we dont have these in iran !!! should i ask my partner to fill this form from montreal because there are commissioner ?! its possible ?
