Here is a problem regarding my case

I had a refugee claim which was refused and as the appeal. I got Saskatchewan nomination and applied for PR as a provincial nominee at Buffallo Newyork.
I came back to Pakistan and meanwhile medical instructions were issue and later on done.
Now i am in Pakistan and my application in process at Buffalo, how shall I submit my Passport to visa office? Can I apply for authorization to return to Canada or do I need to do something else?
I have my three kids already citizen of Canada and with me in Pakistan.
Please adivse me thanks

1. If your departure order turned into a deportation order you will need to apply for ARC.
2. You will have to figure out how to get your passport to Buffalo and back, as they won't mail it to Pakistan.

I already have applied for ARC five months ago but they did not even answer. Now I m confusing that how they shall deal all these matters. I myself is assuming that until my application for PR in Buffallo is not decided, they will not issue ARC. can you give an idea

Correct, then the ARC will probably take 6-12 months if it is issued.
