Need Guidance related Student VISA

I am from India. I did BTech in electronics & communication with 55% with overall 6.5 Bands in IELTS, Now I want apply for two year course in Canada. I did some research and found courses that I liked and I listed it below:
1) Fast-track two year advance diploma course in wireless communication- Seneca College
2) Fast -track two year advance diploma course in electronics engineering - Seneca College
3) Btech in Technology Management (Bachelor Degree) in two years - NAIT (Northern Alberta Information & Technology)
4) Diploma in Wireless Communication in two years- NAIT (Northern Alberta Information & Technology)

I am preferring two year courses because I will get 3 years of work-permit and that help me to get PR in Canada. But, I have one big doubt about visa...
Do I will face any visa problem because of my course selection?

Please Guide me...
