I need some guidance please; I have just received by student visa (TRV) and I’m looking forward to travel to Canada in the next few days. My understanding is that I will be issued a Study Permit upon landing in Canada - is this correct?
Also, for someone who has recently arrived in Canada, can u advice if the Letter of Support is an absolute must have?

Yes, study permit will be issued to you at the border. Make sure you have your Letter of Introduction issued to you by IRCC as well as your proof of adequate funds.
I have no idea what you mean by letter of support, so can't comment on that.
