Need guidance for courses after Bachelors degree

Hi,

I am an Indian citizen. I hold a dual bachelor's degree in Commerce and Computer Applications. These are my scores-
BCOM (2015) - 66.1% (CGPA - 5.81) (Mumbai University)
BCA (2016) - 66.72% (Pune University)
HSC (2012) - 69.83% (Maharashtra Board)
SSC (2010) - 84% (Maharashtra Board)
IELTS - L-8 ,R-8.5 ,W-7 ,S-7, Overall - 7.5

1. I have a confusion whether to go with a Ontario College Graduate Certificate or an Ontario College Diploma Program.
2. Can i apply for the Computer Programmer (Ontario College Diploma) 2 years diploma course?

Rahul - 1) I would suggest you to go for a Graduate Certificate since you have you Bachelor's.
