Hii guys ... I've got my visa refused for may intake 2016 and now i want to make new application for september intake ... I had paid the one year fee plus GIC .... Can i ask the college to provide me with new offer letter for september intake for same course with acceptance of fee of one year as i had paid one year fee for may offer letter ... I asked for the refund but i is still in process ... Can i stop it and ask for new offer letter with acceptance of one year fee .... Plzzz leave comments


I tried for GLOBAL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT COURSE FOR HUMBER COLLEGE

My academics were :

10th (60%) (pseb)
12th (82%) (pseb)
Graduation (61%) (gndu)


Reasons were :

*Purpose of visit
* personal assets and financial status
* proposed program not reasonable in light of past studies, academic score and learning ability

first of all now your application will be in NON-SPP category if you wish to file study permit.
and you have confirm by your college whether they give Letter of acceptance to non-spp candidate.

After confirming this, then only tell them to defer your application for Sept intake.

If they do not give you the Non-spp offer letter , then you should get your refund.

Now you cannot file your case under SPP but you have to apply under NON-SPP of the GENERAL category


And there is nothing wrong with your academics.

Should i go for same college and course or make some change to it .... How should i pay fee and how much liquid funds to be shown by me and how old should they need to be ???
