Need Expert Advice

Hi

I need advice from you senior folks about how i should go about my immigration dream.

Myself: I have done a 2 year diploma after my secondary followed by a 1 year apprenticeship
and also a 6month computer hardware course.
My NOC code is 2282 - User Support Technicians/ or
2147 - Computer Engineers (Except Software Engineers) and have about 10+ years

My Spouse: Has done Msc in Analytical Chemistry and she has worked for a Pharma company
for exactly 1 year and she has a gap of about a year and eversince she has been working
in a totally unrelated field (3 years overall experience).

1.Will my wife qualify to apply under FSW(provided there are no major changes in jan2013 rules)?
2. If she applies and is granted a PR, is it possible for me and my kid to accompany her?
