My parent sponsorship file moved to ISlamabad. I did received acknowledgement letter aboout 2 months ago with file number from Islamabad embassy. I can't log in with that file number do I need client ID? if yes where i can find that for my parent not mine?

Their UCI # would be on anything that they received from the VO... if they havn't received anything yet then the only way you can check their process is thru your e-cas if you are the sponsor, when you login to your e-cas click the link under Permanent Residence Application Status, it will say application received or in processwhen you click it it will then show you what they will see on their e-cas.
