This is my first topic on the forum. I am currently a student from Russia studying Electrical Engineering at the University of Houston in Texas, USA. Due to the fact that I am on student visa, it is almost impossible to find a job. I am thinking about going to Canada and getting my master's degree. I have 2 internships, research experience and another on-campus school related job experience. I was told numerous times that I would be hired if I would have at least green card. I am thinking about going to school in Alberta or Toronto. What are my chances of getting a job after I graduate? I understand that there are no guarantees but I would like to hear experience of people who either got a job or struggling to get one. Thank you for your time and attention
