Need clarification on Complete/full academic years

I have enrolled into my bachelor degree course on 2001 and since I had backlogs, i have completed my graduation on 2006. And degree awarded in 2006 instead of 2005 for a 4 year course. However, WES certified my degree as Bachelor Degree (four years). Should I fill Complete/full academic years as 4 since WES mentioned it as 4 year degree.. Thanks in advance.
