Need clarification before submitting my PR application.

Hey, I have received my ITA under CEC a week ago. I started my job in July 2019, I traveled to India in March for my marriage and working from India. Is that okay if I submit my application from India or should I submit it after going to Canada(return travel date is Sept 25)?

Also, I have done my meds and PCC from India, so if I submit my application from India do I have to get a new PCC after going to Canada?

You will be submitting online so it makes no difference where you are physically located.

Maybe, they'll ask you to get a new one if they want one.

Thanks for your response. Does the experience count towards minimum requirement(under CEC) if I am working from India.

But I am still working under Canadian employer and getting paid in CAD. Does this not taken into consideration especially during the covid time?

I have a question regarding employment reference letter for CEC, I took EI benefits for two months and was not working due to COVID, then I started working again after 2 months with the same employer and at the same position. So, do I need two letters of employment? Because I heard that after EI states end of employment and then employer rehire?

I think your employer should be able to account for both periods in a single letter.

You weren't working, so I would think it would not count as work.
