Need Bowp but no Aor

Hello every one i need to apply for a bowp in January work permit expires February i applied for cec this month and i dont think i will get a Aor before i apply due to the back log of applications at cic is there any way i can apply so soon with out getting one first any advice would be a big help!!

Apply paper based application just before 2 weeks of your current work permit expires..

Better to send it 2 days before expiration of the current WP by a courier. Keep your receipt safe. The sending date is important. Must be before the current WP expires.

Ok but i see the october applications have been opened and bank drafts are being cashed so dose that mean we will see a speed up in cic operations so i can apply sooner?

Maybe they speed up who knows. If you get the AOR you can apply for the BWOP immediately with it online. If not, apply (as I many times mentioned) on paper couple of days before your current WP expires. You'll be on implied status and allowed to work until decision will be done.
