Our last communication is when I decided to end our marriage way back 2007 but not legally separated, we have a son who is now 19 yrs of age. I want him to bring our son in Canada is it possible? Before he Got his PR he removes our name as a defendant because of my fault, I did not comply to immigration requirements that time because I have a bf back in the philippines. is there a possible way to bring his son with him?

it would be entirely up to him if he wanted to sponsor him first. Second, if you and your son were not included in his PR application, he can never sponsor him.

You made your choice back then to not comply to immigration requirements (I assume that you didn't provide passport information or allow your son to go through medical exams).
So the decision was made and he had likely excluded your son from his family. In that case, his father can NEVER sponsor him as a dependent.

Again, since you haven't had contact with him in nearly a decade, that's his decision if he wants to entertain other options. As for his second wife, he could have divorced you while he was in Canada. You may no longer be married under Canadian law, so yes, it quite possible for him to sponsor her.

As explained previously, ro be sponsored in the future, it was mandatory for your son to complete the medical as part of your former husband's application. Since the medical wasn't completed, sponsorship is not possible.
Yes. It's sad because your son was never included by getting his medical exams and providing the information back then.
So it's impossible for his father to ever sponsor him. What was done, was done. And that's a choice made by his parents.
As for you, since your relationship has broken down a long time ago, there is no chance for you being "sponsored" at all.
Being the mother of a child, is not way to be sponsored even if your son was included back then.
Out of curiosity, have you even talked to your ex about this? And why would he want to sponsor a former spouse he hasn't even talked to since 2007? I get wanting to sponsor your son, but why would you even think he would want to commit financially and legally to being responsible for your sponsorship....it's not a real relationship anymore, is it? That's not sad...that's reality.

He doesnt want to sponsor me.. im just asking him to sponsor my son. Way back 2012 I got my medical done, but he didnt give me the immigration request.. And That time I have a boyfriend maybe thats the reason why he didnt pass my medical in canada immigration.

Yes, he would most likely have listed his status as separated since you were in a relationship with someone else. This means you would not have been included in the application.

Canada will allow a dependent to be removed if they can show are no longer in a relationship with that person. If you had a boyfriend at that time, then you were obviously not with your ex at that time. So it would make sense that your ex would have removed you.
