hi guys i want to apply for PR to canada. i have my cousin sister who is living in canada and holds PR card, can i claim 5 points on her?

the relation chart:

my mothers own sisters daughter, can i get points from her side?

Hey Reddy

According to the definition CIC has given of family members, I'm afraid that you cannot claim the 5 point for having your cousin there.
