Need advise - Timing Super Visa Application

Hi there,

I have been PR of Canada from last 4 years.

Last week, my mother's visitor visa application was approved. I originally planned for my parents to visit me for 6 months, but before their application got approved my father passed away. Now, I want my mother to live with me as much as possible. Considering, she hasn't travelled to Canada yet, sponsoring her PR is a long process and super visa application should be submitted from home country - I am wondering what would be the best time to apply for her Super Visa? She will be travelling to Canada in November.
Should I apply for her super visa before her first visit to Canada? Or should I apply after she has visited at least once?

Super Visa is supposed to be applied out of Canada. She has a month now. I'd apply from home country before she visits Canada. Do upfront medicals and submit the application, should get the biometrics request pretty soon. You can also estimate when you'd submit the application and pre-book the biometrics appointment.
