Need help with recent GCMS notes for my study permit

Notes 7 says : Verification Outstanding : Transcripts

What can it be?

PS: It was not there in previous GCMS notes but have got in the recent one

Yes I have submitted Transcripts and WES result too

impossible to tell under current scenario, but seeing as offices have opened I think it shouldnt be months like before
