I am from Uzbekistan and applied on August 1, 2008 under the Simplified Procedure (Moscow Visa Office).
Almost a year ago, June 14 2010, we did undergo medical exams. For me and my wife it was successful (both have M01).
The problem was with my kids(twins -boys). They were almost 4 years old and didn't talk. Further examination was assigned. Then on November 2010 we received new request for one more further examination. Doctors suspected Autusm Spectrum Disorder. On December 15 London MED office received all doc's from local Uzbek DMP. In last CAIPS it is stated that they still are awaiting results from London for one my twins. One of them got M03. Almost a half a year has been passed but still there is no news from Embassy. Medicial examination expires on 14 June for me and my wife, and 16 June for one of my son. Does it mean that we will undergo all furhter exams again?
And the main question who is primarily responsible for this delay Moscow or London MED Office? Is it ok to contace med office in London directly or only Moscow Visa Office can contact London?
In Caips last BDF was 20.03.2011 to MED, sent to PA.
