I have received my 2nd AOR in sept 2010 since my ecas status is Received by VO". I concern here is as i have currently changed by organisation, do i need to send a update on this to CHC? As i have applied on skill category which is different from my last and current company roles, do i really need to send update?

u mean..u moved to another company..If,so..yes,u have to notify ur Visa office regarding job change.
Send them the notarized copies of offer letter from new company and relieving letter from the previous organization
