I am planning to apply under express entry FSW program. My husband is currently not willing to move to Canada and won't cooperate by providing his documents. can i apply individually showing that spouse is not accompanying. will it affect my PR process? I also have a one year old child. Can I show him as the dependent.
If I'm not wrong, medicals and maybe police clearance certificates are needed for all immediate family members, even if non-accompanying. If you're husband isn't cooperating he won't bother with those and your application won't go ahead. Something to think about.
