I am permanent resident of Canada and my elder brother wants to come here too. He is 32 years old, single and BBA. He has more than 6 years of experience in MNC's like Genpact, IBM in field of Insurance and Accounting.

If he wants to become PR, then he needs to apply himself under FSW or LMO (Arranged Employment Offer earlier name)
He will be getting relatives 5 points in assessing points calculation
You can sponsor him for visit visa but not for PR
