I have a work experience of a lecturer in a University. The first three years of this experience were on a one year renewable contract basis till my position was made permanent. I wonder now, whether I should write my experience as a continuous 10 years service, or should i mention the three years seperate from the rest. Other than the difference between Contract basis and Permanent basis, there has been absolutely no change in the designation and duties or place. Need help with this dilemma please. Thanks.
I think it will be enough if u show the last 7 years experience as it will suffice the EE requirement. If there is a letter stating your start date on permanent post that will be well and good. Rest can be shown in personal history
Thank you Jackdawn. Makes sense. Presently I have mentioned the earlier three years seperate from the last seven years. I think I'll simply mention the last seven years only.
