I just graduated in hospitality management 2 years diploma from ontario.
I did 3 yr diploma in mech engg in india
Nd also have a 2 year 9 experince from MNC.
Is it possible to apply under federal skilled worker if i already going to get 3 year PGWP?
If not
Now i m working in grocery store in ontario. They have also attached meat shop and kitchen. In Which category of CEC i can apply?
Please help me

You have not provided any details. What is your job? Does it qualify for CEC? If it's unskilled (e.g. you work as a cashier in the store) then it won't qualify.

Where did you get the diploma from? What was the university/college/institution? Also for a two year program you probably won't get more than two year PGWP.

They can give me any kind of letter they have meat shop and kithen attached with store. Can i apply in category like chef, or buther, meat cutters

Yes, you can apply for FSW even if you apply or have a PGWP. You may have other options. But you have to educate yourself about the eligibility requirements of the various permanent residency programs.
