Hi, i will try explain my situation as simple as possible. I arrived in canada in may 2010 on a 1yr work permit. jan 2011 I applied for another 1yr work permit. I only got a reply back in the middle of May 2011. It was refused due to no LMO. Eventually got a LMO and resent my work permit application all in this 90 day restoration period. Nov 2011 it got approved for a year. But during this period of may 2011 and november 2011, I still worked unaware at the time it was not legal. now I want to apply for PR under experince class. would this still be possible? my employer would be willing to apply for a 3rd work permit for me if required. What makes my situation unique though is I am living with my girlfriend for 10months now and we will be having a child in September 2012. Also my work permit expiring november 2012. She will not qualify as my common law in 2 months as we have only joint all our account 1 month ago. All I am wanting is PR? any help in this situation would be appricated.
