Need advice on PR to canada

Hi,

Need valuable suggestion from you all..i have an 8 year exp. in Human resources and currently not working. I am married and have a kid.

I am planning to immigrate to canada and request guidance..i should apply under which programme and do i need to be working currently to apply or can i apply even if i am not working currently..

You don't need to be currently working but for many immigration classes, it is required that you have a job offer or work experience in certain skilled positions.
